The BIRD Foundation
The BIRD Foundation was established by the U.S. and Israeli governments in 1977 to generate mutually beneficial cooperation between the private sectors of the U.S. and Israeli high tech industries, including start-ups and established organizations. BIRD provides both matchmaking services between U.S. and Israeli companies, as well as funding covering up to 50 percent of project development and product commercialization costs. BIRD supports approximately 20 projects annually. The cumulative sales of products developed through BIRD projects have exceeded $8 billion. Since its inception in 1977, BIRD has approved over 800 projects with leading companies in the U.S.

The Government of Israel Economic Mission in NYC is responsible for enhancing bi-national trade relations between the Eastern United States and Israeli business communities. The main fields of activity include promoting trade and exports, attracting and encouraging foreign investments and creating strategic cooperation with foreign companies. By leveraging its networking capacity and industry knowledge in Israel and the major markets on the East Coast, the Economic Mission is able to seamlessly engage prospective business partners half a world apart.
Office of the Chief Scientist, Israel Ministry of Economy
The Office of the Chief Scientist [OCS] in the Ministry of Economy is charged with execution of government policy for support of industrial R&D. The goal of the OCS is to assist in the development of technology in Israel as a means of fostering economic growth, encouraging technological innovation and entrepreneurship, leveraging Israel’s scientific potential, enhancing the knowledge base of industry in Israel, stimulating high value-added R&D and encouraging R&D collaboration both nationally and internationally.

MATIMOP
MATIMOP, the executive agency of the Office of the Chief Scientist (OCS), of the Ministry of Economy of Israel is the official National Agency for industrial R&D cooperation in Israel, charged with promoting highly supportive policies to build Israel's industrial infrastructure, and nurturing industrial innovation and entrepreneurship. MATIMOP is the government agency that generates and implements international cooperative industrial R&D programs between Israeli and foreign enterprises.

New York’s open pitching event for Entrepreneurs and Investors coring High Tech, Digital Media and Healthcare. The iBreakfast Club is a regular networking conference that gets you directly into the business side of the Internet culture. By attracting nationally known conference quality speakers in an environment where you are not only free to question them, you are able to network with significant players in the field. Currently, we are in New York where we meet typically, on the third Wednesday of the month at CresaPartners Executive Center at 100 Park Ave. We are also in DC (meetings are usually a the Marriott at Metro Center) and Boston, where we alternate between the Copley Marriott and the Newton Marriott. San Francisco and Santa Clara are also opening up, as is L.A.
